It's the start of something new...

Hello people!

Welcome to my blog. After months of my sisters Amber and Helena, along with my sister-in-law Annie, trying to persuade me to write a blog, I finally gave in. I'm doing it. I have succumbed to the pressure of my peers. I never thought the day would come. I don't know if I can look myself in the eye anymore.

I think I will enjoy writing a blog. Then people can read all about my fun and awesome life! Of which there is much fun-ness and awesome-ness... I would post a picture of me and Michael here but as I am not on my computer at the moment I don't have any saved to post.

((Close your eyes and vision a picture of Michael and Chantel))

Here's a teaser of what is to come:
*An awesome cruise to Mexico
*A vicious black widow spider
*Learning to play racquetball
*A tour of our apartment
*And a crazy upstairs neighbor who may, or may not, pound on our door when we laugh too loudly after "quiet time".

And now I will leave you,
filled with anticipation for my next posts. Which will have pictures.

here is a quote that will maybe make your day better:
"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swaps of the not quite, the not yet, and the not at all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists. It is real. It is possible. It is yours." Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged

Your blog is so pretty. I can't wait to follow your married life. Pretty soon you are going to be old and crusty like us. Ha ha
